Image Requirements

The processes we use are quite forgiving so really, almost any image will do but bear in mind, all of our products with the exception of our Custom Night Lights are in a horizontal orientation (wider than they are tall). For example, if you send us a typical cell phone photo taken vertically we will need to crop a lot of the photo off the top and bottom to get a horizontal image.

That said, cell phone images, images from social media, scanned images all work great! If all you have are hard copies don't worry - we can scan them for you. We just need to connect so you can get the photo to us.

Sometimes an image comes in needing a litle bit of extra love before we're ready to roll. If your image is going to be problematic we will contact you straight away and see if we can get a better copy or an alternate image.
